12/30 Mary, San Antonio TX - I have used POH NoWax floss since 1966. Over the last years I have been unable to obtain it from the dental school store or from my dentist. I found it online! Thanks so much for the refill orders. It is simply green. I love this unwaxed floss. It fits easily between tight teeth spots, it lasts a lot longer than other flosses and is cheaper, it means no plastic trash to add to landfills, and last and most important is that no wax floss does a better and gentler cleaning job. A grateful 60 something!

Unfortunately, it is not available in our area. I was thrilled to receive my on-line order. It is, by far the best brush for care of the gum tissue. Keep making these brushes!

I first learned of POH when I began working for a dentist in Eugene, Oregon in 1972. I got my "trainer" black toothbrush and cap, as well as a canister of floss. He taught me how to use both of them, and I've been using them since. Still have the "trainer" toothbrush that I put under ultraviolet light every week. I like how POH floss can be used diagnostically -- sensitive to rough edges of old fillings, loose crowns ... and that it lets you know when your tooth is clean by squeaking.
My dental appointments ever since have been a game for the hygienists to
find anything to clean .... !!!

12/27 Did we do right? Randall says: Hello, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I received my order today, the 27th. Everything was in order and I was very happy to receive my favorite toothbrushes! My story is not spectacular. I lived in Beaumont, TX. for 32 years before moving back to Lake Charles, La.(the shipping address). As I want to recall, one of my dentists several years ago gave me a POH as a sample. I got hooked pretty quickly after that and found sources at a couple of drug stores in Beaumont. After some time however the drug stores dried up as a resource. Then, my current dentist changed samples. I intend to recommend he reconsider. LOL The odd configuration of handles and bristles on today's commercial market just do not give me a satisfactory experience with my personal oral hygiene. Thank you that you product is still available; not to mention at such a reasonable price! Please impress(& share with) all your dental professionals the loyalty that your customers have. As I have a "stash" for the moment I guess I'll just wish you God's Speed until my next order.

12/27 Jennifer, Fayetteville GA - I switched dentists, from my childhood pediatric dentist to a new one. When I was younger I had oral surgery on my gums due to a genetic regression. Due to my gum sensitivity, my new dentist recommended POH no wax floss. The switch has really helped me, and I've seen major improvement in my own ability to floss daily, whereas before due to sensitivity I had to take frequent breaks to avoid excessive pain.

I had never heard of your product until I was staying at a friend's and she had some original POH floss in the guest bath. I fell in love with it and asked to steal it for myself. Meanwhile looking in stores for it but no one carries POH here, so I finally got on your web site to order a bunch. Best floss ever.

I ordered one of the "black" dental flosses just to try along with my usual ones. I really didn't notice much difference between the two (I use the unwaxed). 12/27 Did we do right? William says: I became acquainted with POH toothbrushes through my mother. She always had one of your toothbrushes at her houses for me to use after having dinner there. It was her dentist who first provided her a couple of POH toothbrushes (which is a good recommendation in and of itself!) I personally like the square format of the bristles, having previously used ‘Old-Boy’ [TM redacted] toothbrushes before they altered their product to be "fancy" and "eye catching" but, in my opinion, less functional. I find that your toothbrushes do a better job on my teeth than the new "curvy" models. And the price is right. I use a new one after about two weeks or so. When I ordered, I bought a few extras to share with others. Thanks for asking.

And yesterday while looking for a lost item, I ran into boxes and boxes of POH floss under our cellar stairs - gulp! Senility has set in, but my gums are in fine shape, thanks to you guys. I am now 74, but was told at age 35 that I would lose all my teeth in 5 years if I didn't start with some serious flossing. So, here's to multi-tasking. I have struggled for years to find floss that isn't waxed or 'gl/de'-ing. I used your product when I was a dental assistant in the 1970's and later in Washington state. I have been unable to find them anywhere in Minnesota and it has been frustrating to use floss that I hate. I will be giving your contact information to my hygienist here in Rosemount, Minnesota. 12/16 Megan, Pepper Pike OH - I started going to a new dentist a few years ago. I was so disappointed when I saw these POH toothbrushes he gave me in my goody bag. I thought they looked cheap and that he selected them to cut down on cost. Not the case! These are superior toothbrushes that are designed perfectly. I am a number 5 user. I will never go back to other fancy toothbrushes with uneven bristles and bells and whistles. My hygienist always gives me a few extra toothbrushes, but they are never enough, so I decided to google POH and was delighted to find that you can order them yourself online. I am so happy and will be giving them as stocking stuffers to my family this Christmas :) I am a customer for life! Are there instructions on how to use the sulcus toothbrush I ordered?

I accidentally ordered waxed floss and in my comment I stated how much I appreciated using a very high quality non-waxed floss as my friend gave me a canister of non-waxed floss to use. I got a call from a POH representative to make sure I ordered the correct floss. She asked me if I wanted the waxed or non-waxed. She took the time to actually read my comment and then compared it to what I had ordered. How refreshing to do business with a company that actually takes the time to ensure customer satisfaction ahead of time rather than after the fact. In fact, that would be a good motto for your company. "We ensure customer satisfaction ahead of time." Also, I love the fact that your canisters are reusable. That tells me that your company is also concerned about conserving those things which are still useful. That is definitely thinking ahead. Designing your product to be used over and over again. Another motto: "At POH, we use our head for the sake of your teeth."

We purchased some regular soft ones and 2 super soft ones. I found that the super soft bristles were too soft for what I like, so I am using the original soft brush and it works fabulously! My children love their new POH's also and told me "they felt like water on their gums". We are all very pleased with our purchase and we will be ordering more from you in the future. Thank you!!
