SADDLE UP! POH is BACK IN AAFES!

All toothbrushes to the flightline!

Single up all dental floss, prepare to cast off!

We are back in the service of the people in the service! All of them!

We want to say thank you to all the wonderful people in uniform and their families for their efforts.

Without all of our faithful flossers and brushers out there, it would not have happened.

Thanks, Uncle Sam's nieces and nephews!

This was the first notice from the field that POH was back.
Received April 22, 2009.

POH,  MADE MY DAY TO SEE YOUR PRODUCT BACK AT AAFES ... WHY NOT SEE IF YOU CAN GET ON BOARD WITH THE COMMISSARY SERVICE?

I just received several boxes from you that were full of toothbrushes. I'm not sure how you got my address, or heard about my "wish list", but thank you very much. I'm heading down to Haditha Hospital in the next couple of days and I will be sure to distribute your very generous donation.

Thank you for thinking enough about us and our mission to send such a great box of love from home. I'll make sure the toothbrushes end up in needy, grateful hands.

I have to mention though, I'm not sure my family would approve of me receiving gifts from a bunch of Sooners and Cowboys. I'm from Texas, but we'll make an exception in the name of Peace this once.

Thanks again,

Tim C.

Uncle Sam and POH since 1961

In the fall of 2006, AAFES, the Army/Air Force Exchange Service, discontinued our floss.

We had been providing our floss to AAFES below cost for a long time, and needed the minimum allowed price increase.

They "did not like our tone", and the new buyer pulled us from the shelves.

We have heard from service men and women from every branch, at practically every rank, wanting to know why they cannot get their POH floss.

One even asked us "Why did POH stop providing Classic White Floss?"

We wish it was different, as we have a long history there.

The True Gen

POH started supplying Uncle Sam and his wonderful kids when our founder, Robert Jones, D.D.S., taught a preventive dentistry course to a bunch of military dentists at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama in 1961.

The First Cavity Assault Company was born, tongue in cheek.

Since that time, we have faithfully served the PX and BX people with all our heart. We have specially packaged and taken great care with each shipment. We know that the families of America's bravest are the end user of these packages.

During the hottest times, our nations men and women have stood fast in their duties. Their families too. During those times, whenever an order would come through for AAFES, all of us at POH knew who it was for, and we all said a silent prayer of blessing.

Even in the best of times we knew that someone either far off in distant land, or waiting at home, would be served by our diligence. This was a special order. We knew that. We cared.

We still do.

Please tell us your POH story!

3/14/08 This is just to let you know that I was really disappointed when I went to the PX to get POH dental floss and found that they didn't carry it any longer.  I was so happy to see your web site on my last container of POH!!!  I want you to know that no other dental floss satisfies me like POH.  I have been using it for probably over 30 years.  Thanks for making POH NOWAX Nylon Dental Floss.  It is very fine!  Pun intended!
Sincerely, Carol

We have been using POH for 35 years because we both have very tight teeth and it's the only thing that works without tearing apart. We are currently a retired military family and shop at the Andrews AFB Exchange where we used to pay 60 cents for a role of 100 yds---long ago. Now they no longer carry POH. What a disappointment!!!

I have bought your floss for years at military PX’s but I can no longer buy it there.

Received the shipment; everything is fine. I've used POH floss for many, many years. I like POH because it is thin and is unwaxed. Last 15 years or so, only place I could find it was at the Army & Air Force Exchange at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA (I am retired from the Air Force; I live about 12 miles from the post). Last time I went there to buy some, I learned they no longer carry POH brand. So, unwilling to compromise for a lesser brand, I searched out your WEB site and ordered from there.

I have started using this product in the Air Force back in 1976. I used it for 6 years, when I got out, I could not find a product I liked better, so I had a buddy who was still in send me all he could get his hands on. He would send me 10 at a time for a couple of years, then I lost contact with him and had to find it now on my own and did. The store I had purchased from some how no longer carried it, and by this time my daughter had joined the Air Force and I asked her to send me all the POH she could get her hands on. So I had a good supply at the time. She is still in the Air Force, and I have since found your Web Site and can purchase it my self. WOW looking at it now seems like to be a long time user, and my teeth are excellent and I am 52 years old. My daughter uses it, and I have given others the chance to use it also. I purchased from you last time a couple of years ago, so I’m sure I have a history.

Our family has been using this product for many years. However, we've only been able to obtain it through military exchanges. Your price for the military family has been very favorable. Keep up the good work!

We've been using POH dental floss for 20 years. We buy it at the Base Exchange and AAFES doesn't seem to carry it anymore. I've checked three BXs in 3 cities and none had it nor even a place for it. What happened and how can I get it for the $1 a roll price we paid?

Do you have any outlets in the Columbus, Ohio area? Are your products still available at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base? We haven't been able to find them at the exchange on our last two visits.

I have been buying your product from the Patrick AFB base exchange, however they have dropped this item. Are there any civilian stores in my area that carry your No Wax Classic floss? I live in the Melbourne, Fl area, postal zone 32940. Thank you.
