On REFILLS!!!On Oct. 18th, we received this response to our follow up email,
which asks "Did we do right by you?"
"Thank you. You did great!
I shared some of the unwaxed floss with my younger sister.
Unfortunately she had been tossing the canisters away, so I might be in touch
with you again to obtain another canister. The new one you sent me works fine. I am old and was not
certain I could screw and unscrew the top but it came off easily. Putting in the
refill was simple. This is better for the environment also.
Thank you. I hope to be using your product for many years to
come. At that point I will turn the information over to
my younger sister.
